Pumpkin and Vegetable Soup




500 g pumpkin
2 large potatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 carrot
some celery
celery leaves
pepper (optional)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil



Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into slices.

Put all the vegetables into a pot  and fill with water to cover them.

Add salt and pepper, bring to the boil  then reduce heat and cover simmering gently until vegetables are tender.

Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.

Puree in a blender or food processor.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Season with parsley, pepper or emmental cheese!

Serve with croutons or grissini!


 Supa Crema de Dovleac 




500 gr de dovleac

2 cartofi mari
1 ceapa
1 catel usturoi
1 morcov
putina telina
frunze de telina
piper (optional)
patrunjel verde
2-3 linguri ulei masline





Curata, spala

si pune toate legumele

la fiert intr-o oala de 4 litri cu putina sare si piper.

Dupa ce legumele s-au fiert scoate-le si mixeaza-le.

Adauga 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline si apa in care au fiert legumele pana obtii consistenta dorita.

Asezoneaza cu patrunjel, piper sau branza emmental! Poti servi supa cu crutoane sau grisine!
