Pumpkin Dip





1  package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups canned pumpkin

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg




In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.


Add in pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Mix well.


Store in refrigerator.


Serve with green apples, graham cracker sticks, or gingersnaps.






 Pasta de Dovleac 






1 pachet crema de branza (200 gr)

1 cana zahar brun pudra

2 cesti piure de dovleac

1/2 cana smantana

1 lingurita scortisoara

1/2 lingurita ghimbir

1/4 lingurita cuisoare

1/4 lingurita nucsoara





Intr-un castron mare, bate crema de branza si zaharul pudra pana se omogenizeaza.


Adăuga dovleacul, smantana, scortisoara, cuisoarele, ghimbirul si nucsoara. Amesteca bine. Pastreaza pasta rezultata in frigider.


Serveste cu felii de mere verzi, pere sau cu  biscuiti de graham!
