Mini Tarts with Pomegranate







1 pomegranate





For the base of the minitarts use half walnuts and half dates, the amount depends on the size of your mold.

Put the walnuts and dates in a blender or food processor and blitz until the walnuts and dates are well combined, sticky and almost smooth in texture.

Line the tart shells with plastic wrap so they will be easy to pop out, then press the dough into the tart shells.

To complete the tarts place the seeds of pomegranate in each tart.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

Pentru baza minitartelor foloseste jumatate nuci si jumatate curmale, cantitatea depinzand de marimea formelor.

Inmoaie nucile cu aproximativ 8 ore inainte ( nu uita sa arunci apa si sa le clatesti inainte de a le mixa).

Mixeaza curmalele impreuna cu nucile . Compozitia nu trebuie sa fie foarte bine maruntita, o sa rezulte o pasta usor de modelat. Daca nu ti se pare suficient de dulce poti adauga putina miere.

Acopera formele de tarte cu film transparent pentru a facilita scoaterea blatului. Transfera compozitia de nuci si curmale peste ele si intinde uniform. Daca doresti poti modela blatul si cu mana.

Umple minitartele cu semintele de rodie si lasa-le cateva ore in frigider.
