Pasta with Asparagus and Almonds






a bunch of asparagus

extra virgin olive oil

grated zest of ½ lemon

½ clove garlic

50 grams of white almonds

(without salt)

a handful of chives

white pepper





Fry almonds for 10 minutes at 120 degrees.

Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the zest of half lemon.

Wash asparagus and boil it for 4-5 minutes in salted water. Cut a few tips and put them aside.

Mix well with asparagus almonds, garlic and chives.

Add oil, salt and pepper.

If you want to get a more delicate consistency you can add more olive oil.



 Paste cu Pesto de Sparanghel si Migdale 






un manunchi sparanghel               

ulei de masline extra virgin


coaja rasa de la ½ de lamaie

½ catel de usturoi

50 grame de migdale albe (fara sare)

o mana frunze de arpagic

piper alb





Prajeste migdalele timp de 10 minute la 120° C.

Amesteca 3 lingurite de ulei de masline  impreuna cu coaja rasa de la jumatatea de lamaie.

Spala sparanghelul si fierbe-l  timp de 4-5 minute in apa sarata. Taie cateva varfuri si pastreaza-le.

Mixeaza foarte bine migdalele impreuna cu sparanghelul, usturoiul si arpagicul. La final adauga uleiul de lamaie, sarea si piperul.

Daca vrei sa obtii o consistenta mai suava poti adauga mai mult ulei de masline. Orneaza cu varfurile de sparanghel pastrate!
