Snowman Cheese Ball


 

 

 Ingredients

 

 

200 grams Philadelphia cheese

85 grams mozzarella cheese

1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped

salt and pepper

celery, clove, pumpernickel slice, black olives and carrot

 

 Preparation

 

  In a food processor, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic,  salt and pepper to taste.

Freeze until firm, 30 minutes.

Shape mixture into 3 balls; roll balls in mozzarella cheese.

Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.

Just before serving, stack balls; secure with toothpicks.

Use vegetable peeler to shave celery scarf; pin with clove.

Cut bread into 1- and 1 1/2-inch rounds; glue hat together with cream cheese, then secure with toothpick. Punch dots from olives with plain round pastry tips, and cut end off carrot; press in place.

Serve with crackers.

 

 

 

 Om de Zapada din Branza 

 

 

  Ingrediente

 

 

200 grame de branza Philadelphia

85 grame de branza mozzarella

1/2 catel usturoi tocat marunt

sare si piper

 

Pentru ornat:

 

branza mozzarella, o felie de paine integrala pentru palarie, 2 boabe de piper negru pentru ochi, o bucatica de morcov pentru nas, 1/2 de ardei rosu pentru nasturi sau masline negre, frunza de telina pentru fular sau o fasie de morcov.

 

 Preparare

 

 

 Mixeaza crema de branza Philadelphia impreuna cu branza mozzarella, jumatatea de catel de usturoi tocata, sarea si piperul.

Congeleaza pasta rezultata pana devine modelabila (aproximativ 10-15 minute).

Dupa ce s-a racit formeaza trei bilute si trece-le prin branza mozzarela.  Pune-le la frigider pentru inca o ora. Inainte de a le servi fixeaza-le cu o scobitoare si adauga nasturii (din bucatele de ardei rosu), fularul (din frunza de telina), nasul (din bucatica de morcov), ochii (din boabele de piper negru) si palaria (din felia de paine integrala).

Serveste cu biscuiti sau covrigei!
