Bread Sticks






1 1/3 cups  flour 

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oil

½ cup warm water

1 teaspoon dry yeast

½ teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoon flour

garlic salt





Take a measuring cup and fill with the water. Add the yeast, sugar, and 2 teaspoons.

Mix well cover and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes or until bubbles appear.

Sift the flour and salt and form a well. Add the yeast mixture and oil to the flour.

Form a dough and knead for a couple of minutes. Place into a bowl and cover. Leave to rise for about 15 minutes or until double in size.

When ready cut dough into 6 parts and shape dough into sticks.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Brush the bread-sticks with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Serve immediately!





 Grisine  Spice de Grau




120 ml apa calda 

150 grame de faina

1 lingurita sare

1 lingurita ulei

1 lingurita drojdie

1/2 lingurita zahar

2 lingurite de faina

sare de usturoi (optional)







Intr-o cana amesteca bine drojdia, zaharul si cele doua lingurite de faina. Pune amestecul rezultat intr-un loc cald timp de 10 minute pana fermenteaza. Amesteca faina cu sarea si sarea de usturoi apoi adauga amestecul de drojdie si uleiul de masline.

Framanta coca timp de cateva minute si las-o la dospit aproximativ 15 minute, pana isi dubleaza marimea. Cand este gata formeaza bastonase si cresteaza-le in varf cu foarfeca de bucatarie. Coace-le timp de 10-15 minute pana cand se rumenesc usor.

Serveste imediat! Pastreaza-le intr-o punga pentru a nu se intari.
